We do not sell your personal information. Not to anyone, for any purpose.

What this website collects. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. That sets cookies and records an anonymized IP address, the pages you view, and roughly where in the world you are. We use it to decide what to make next. It does not identify you personally and we do not attempt to.

What we collect when you order. Orders are placed through Amazon, Etsy or TikTok Shop, not on this website. Those marketplaces collect your payment details and we never see them. They pass us the information needed to make and ship your order: your name, shipping address, what you ordered and the text you want engraved.

Who we share it with. Only the parties required to complete your order: the shipping carrier, and our own production and accounting systems. Each marketplace also has its own privacy policy governing the data it holds about you.

How long we keep it. Order records are retained for seven years, because tax law requires it. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to the retention period above. Email hello@middlemanagement.co and we will respond within thirty days.

Cookies. Only the analytics cookies described above. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website. You can block them in your browser and the site will work normally.

Children. This is not a service for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
