Terms of Service

Ordering. Orders are placed through Amazon, Etsy or TikTok Shop, and that marketplace's own terms govern payment, checkout and buyer protection. These terms cover the product itself and this website.

You are responsible for the text you submit. We engrave exactly what the order says, including spelling, punctuation and capitalization. Check it before you order; we cannot restock a made-to-order plate with someone else's text on it.

What we will not engrave. We decline orders for text that infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, that targets or harasses a named private individual, or that is unlawful. If we decline, we refund in full and tell you why.

Product appearance. Plate images on this website are rendered mockups, not photographs. Finishes, grain and color vary slightly between production batches and between screens. A visible difference in shade is not a defect; a wrong finish is, and is covered under Returns and Warranty.

Our liability. If a plate is defective, our responsibility is to replace it or refund it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property. The Middle Management name, logo, product photography and the plate designs sold here belong to Streber LLC. The text you supply for a custom order remains yours.

This website. Provided as is. We try to keep prices, stock and copy accurate, and we correct errors when we find them.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
