Shipping
Every plate is engraved to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why there is a production step before anything ships.
Production time is two business days. Your plate is engraved after you order it, not picked off a shelf. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start production the next business day.
Transit time is two to five business days within the continental United States, depending on the carrier and your distance from New York. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore usually four to seven business days.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. If you ordered through Amazon, Etsy or TikTok Shop, tracking appears in that marketplace's order page as well.
Where we ship. All fifty states. We do not currently ship internationally, because the shipping cost on a single plate is higher than the plate.
If something arrives damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the plate and contact us within thirty days. We will replace it. See the Returns and Warranty page.
