Absurd goods, sold with a straight face.
Shirts, hats, stickers, patches, signs and desk plates that say what everyone else is only thinking. None of it is essential. Most of it is necessary.
Ridiculous, on purpose.
Middle Management makes funny t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, stickers, patches, signs, drinkware and desk name plates for people with a sense of humor and a low tolerance for nonsense. The name is a joke about the office. The catalog outgrew the office some time ago.
Everything is sold through Amazon, Etsy and TikTok Shop, so you check out somewhere you already have an account. This site is the whole catalog in one place, sorted by department, with the sizes, colors and details for every design.
We are based in Hopewell Junction, New York. New designs arrive regularly. The ones that stop being funny are quietly retired.
